Concept

we try to gather as much information on our customer’s needs as possible. We try to identify customer’s expectations toward level of brightness, technical parameters, operating conditions etc. With these information at hand, we strive to design solutions meeting the highest technical standards and matching the design of vehicle bodywork used by our customers, as well as take into account possible changes in the automotive industry. This allows our product to invariably benefit from modern design and easy mounting.

Implementation

after the stage of approval and functionality check on 3D models, first test products are created, which undergo a series of electromechanical tests. We are testing luminous efficiency, a level of tightness, resistance to vibration, a level of protection against mechanical damage, and other aspects required in a project. After internal tests, products are sent to external certification bodies, which enables us to introduce our products to global markets in accordance with internal regulations of a given country. For European market, internal European regulations are being complied with, and additionally certification is made in accordance with ECE R10 and ECE R65 norms and regulations.

Production

takes place mainly in our manufacturing plant in Romania. At customer’s request we are able to provide additional set of connectors, cable harnesses of individual length, and modified mounting systems. The quality control department tests each product, which ensures very low failure rate of our solutions.

No. 4

Supply and support

are of the highest standard. With our production halls and a warehouse located in Central-East Europe, we are able to ensure swift completion of logistic deliveries. Our employees ensure that our customers have access to technical support at all times, in addition to professional products of the highest standards. Each customer is provided with personalized support both on the project level and after-sales services. This contributes to optimization of costs in the process of document assembly and putting vehicles into service.
